Rules and Regulations

Class Rules: v      Each class has a maximum of between six and twelve people (depending on the class topic or unless noted). First come, first served. Pay in advance to reserve your space. v      Classes with less than four numbers of students will be cancelled. v      To secure your space, you must pay in advance. Payment can be made in person at the store or over the phone via credit card. v      Payment MUST be received no less than 2 days prior to the class to hold your space.  v      Each class cost will be determined on the class by the products included, the prep time for the teacher, etc. Please remember always bring your class kit.  You will be notified if there are additional tools needed

Class & Crop Cancellation: To help ensure that your class/crop is held: v      Call & pay in advance. Not only is Prepayment of classes and crops required, it also could mean the difference between holding and canceling a class or crop (You may be the individual that determines wetheer the class/crop is held).so, if you really are interested in taking a class/crop, you should call and pay the class/crop fee at least 2 days prior to the date. v      If you will not be able to attend a class/crop that you have paid for here are your options… ·         You may pick up the class project kit after the class. ·         If you call with more than 3 days notice will be a store credit for full amount of fee, unless there is a special cancellation policy noted. ·         Cancellation of reserved space with 24-72 hours notice is a store credit for half the cost of the fee, unless there is a special cancellation policy noted. ·         No refund of fee for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice before the class/crop begins. ·         PLEASE NOTE: Some teachers/classes require different time lines – they will be noted with the class. The reason is due to the prep time and scheduling required for each class. v      THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! We know that things come up, but please respect that teachers have prepared for your attendance and we must still pay them if you cancel with short notice. v      If WE cancel a class/crop… ·    …if WE cancel a class/crop, for any reason, which you have paid for, we will issue you a full refund for the fee which you paid.   We reserve the right to change any of these rules at any time without notice     Basic Tool Kit Supplies... All project supplies are included in the cost of the class. This does not include your basic toolkit supplies required for all classes. Basic supplies include, Scissors, Personal Trimmer, Adhesives, Glue Dots, Black Pen and Pencil. If you have distressing tools such as inks, chalks, edge distressors, etc that you wish to bring to use, that is fabulous but not required!
