Rules and Regulations

Class Rules:

v      Each class has a maximum of between six and ten people (depending on the class topic or unless noted). First come, first served. Pay in advance to reserve your space.

v      Classes with less than four number of students may be cancelled.

v      To secure your space, you must pay in advance. Payment can be made in person, at the store, or over the phone via credit card.

v      Payment MUST be received no less than 2 days prior to the class to hold your space.

v      Each class cost will be determined on the class by the products included, the prep time for the teacher, etc.
Please remember always bring your class kit. You will be notified if there are additional tools needed

Class Cancellation:

To help ensure that your class is held:

v Call & pay in advance. Not only is Prepayment of classes required, it also could mean the difference between holding and canceling a class (You may be the individual that determines wetheer the class is held).so, if you really are interested in taking a class/crop, you should call and pay the class fee at least 2 days prior to the date.

v If you will not be able to attend a class that you have paid for here are your options…

· You may pick up the class project kit after the class. You may come in to the store and have an hour of time in our crop area to work on the class project with assistance.

We know that things come up, but please respect that teachers have prepared for your attendance and we must still pay them if you cancel with short notice.

v If WE cancel a class…

· …if WE cancel a class, for any reason, which you have paid for, we will issue you a full refund or a class credit(at the class value)to take another class.

We reserve the right to change any of these rules at any time without notice

Basic Tool Kit Supplies...
All project supplies are included in the cost of the class. This does not include your basic toolkit supplies required for all classes.
Basic supplies include, Scissors, Personal Trimmer, Adhesives, Glue Dots, Black Pen and Pencil.
If you have distressing tools such as inks, chalks, edge distressors, etc that you wish to bring to use, that is fabulous but not required!
